Require school bullying policies

To require schools to adopt a policy prohibiting harassment, intimidation, or bullying based on an enumerated list of factors, including "religion, race, color, national origin, age, sex, sexual orientation, disability, height, weight, gender identity, socioeconomic status, or any other distinguishing characteristic." The bill would also require the Department of Education to develop a model policy.
