This Bill would define a Hotel as an Industrial Facility !!!! "INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY ALSO INCLUDES A HOTEL MOTEL ATTACHED TO A CONVENTION AND TRADE CENTER UNDER THIS ACT".

This is a total rip off of tax payers. If this Hotel is economically viable, then the owners should put up their own capitol and not rely on taxes taken from the Working Poor, Pensioners, and Homeowners. This is the same owner who got a million dollar tax break back around 1999 to build the convention and trade center. Governor Snyder has said that the era of tax breaks as we know it is over, yet here we are again with Business looking to government for a handout.
