2011 Senate Bill 131: Authorize school “education mandate rollback contracts”

Phil Pavlov (R) on February 10, 2011 To give the state Superintendent of Public Education the authority to enter an “education mandate rollback contract” of up to five years with a school district, in which the district agrees to achieve certain clearly defined and measurable performance goals in return for a waiver from specified state education regulations or mandates, with some exceptions.
