The Supreme Court decision Roe v Wade affirmed a woman's 9th and 14th amendment rights in regards to her privacy. Maybe the author of this proposed bill didn't listen to the new Congress when they recently read it.

More anti-woman political shenanigans: a fetus is NOT an "individual" until it can survive on its own, with no special life support technology.  That is the DEFINITION of "individual."  This is nothing more than imposing one group's ideology on everyone.  No right thinking person should stand for it.
