Sounds like the businesses are being punished for using energy that isn't "green".  Give me a break.  MI lawmakers seem to stay up late at night thinking of ways to shakedown businesses.  What's going to happen --> businesses will leave MI and go to a state that is grateful & happy to have them.  Probably at right to work state.
