2) Re: 2011 House Bill 4915 (Increase air pollution emission fees on industry) by archye on February 6, 2012 I do hope that this bill gets passed. It doesn't matter the political color, we all need to understand that pollution is a major problem and it affects us all. I think we all need some regulations to enable easier access to smog test the heavy polluters in our industries. We need to do better!
