2011 House Bill 4705: Exclude student convicts from school performance data

Robert Genetski (R) on June 7, 2011, to allow public schools to exclude the scores of students who have been convicted of a crime (and spent at least two days in a corrections facility) from the student achievement and progress records they are required to maintain, and on the basis of which various sanctions for poor school performance are based.
