Introduced by Rep. Mike Shirkey (R) on April 27, 2011, to prohibit local governments and public school districts from using their payroll systems to collect union dues and fees from employee paychecks and turning the money over to the union. Unions would have to make their own arrangements to collect dues and fees from government and school employees.

YES!! Time for municipalities to stop being the enforcers for unions!
