I thought we don't need a law to point the obvious and this seems to be this kind of law. I worked as a volunteer for many years in my life and I enjoyed every second of it but when it comes to rights volunteering is not exactly on top of the list.

 Thank G*D the republicans voted against the amendment. It shows the Democrats think the state employees should have a job guaranteed them until retirement and are willing to spend our tax dollars to assure they get it in exchange for their votes. Too bad guys and gals, now you may have to go out and compete with the rest of us.

Introduced in the House on January 20, 2011, to establish that a volunteer working on a Department of Natural Resources wildlife habitat improvement project has the same immunity from civil liability as a state employee working on the project
