1) Re: 2011 House Bill 4076 (Facilitate ex-cons getting state IDs ) by cynthiaajohnson4abetterdetroit on April 27, 2012 Very good bill and happy that most voted on it. Identification was amajor problem for offender. This is one hurdle that returning citizens don't have to worry about.
