Ban welfare “bridge cards” for lottery, tobacco, alcohol

To specifically ban the use of Michigan “bridge cards” (the current form of welfare and food stamp payments) or other forms of electronic benefit transfer or assistance payment to buy lottery tickets, alcohol and tobacco, or to withdraw cash from an ATM.
