1) Re: 2010 Senate Bill 1172 (Authorize “honorary nursing license” ) by zos on March 20, 2010The purpose of this bill was to honor a graduate nurse who had an inoperable, aggressive tumor and was unable to take her licensing exam after completing her rigorous studies. She was awarded the "honorary nursing license" and passed away shortly after. Hopefully, jmfc is not a healthcare provider since his/her compassion and caring attitude does not exist!

What a waste of legislative time. Come on, guys. This is state government, not the Make-a-Wish Foundation.
What's next, an honorary drivers license for kids who took drivers' ed, but didn't take the final exam?
