The bail-out package includes House Bills 6576 to 6579.

WOW, HERE WE GO AGAIN. TEACHERS THAT TEACH IN DETROIT ALL DESERVE MERIT PAY. WHY NOT PASS A BILL THAT GIVES THE CLASSROOM TEACHER THE TOOLS, MATERIALS, AND SUPPORT TO TEACH.
