The entire renewable energy mandate needs to be done away with. No special perks for ANY producer or reseller: we already have factories in Michigan that have cut back production-and laid off workers-because they cannot afford the cost of energy. Dont 'fine-tune' a bad law-GET RID OF IT!! We are already seeing people going into foreclosure because they cant afford to pay both a mortgage and utility costs-costs that now equal the house payment of a lower-middle-class family!
