2010 House Bill 6365: Ban “senior specific” insurance agent marketing
  1. Introduced by Rep. Bob Constan (D) on August 3, 2010, to prohibit an insurance agent from marketing him or herself using a “senior specific” label suggesting the possession of special certifications or expertise in the area of life insurance and annuities.
