- Introduced by Rep. Dan Scripps (D) on February 25, 2010, to revise the 2008 law mandating that electric utilities generate at least 10 percent of their power from “renewable” sources (not including hydro-electric nuclear) by 2015, by also increasing this to 30 percent by 2025.

You people are certifiably insane! My electic bill has doubled in the past five years - most of it in the last two years. We fixed income citizens and senior citizens cant afford to indulge your purposeless Gaia worship. Stuff a sock in it!!
