2010 House Bill 5813: Ban N-benzylpiperazine

Lisa Brown (D) on February 16, 2010, to include N-benzylpiperazine as a schedule 1 controlled substance, meaning it would be in the same illegal drug category as cocaine, methamphetamine, heroin, LSD, marijuana, etc. N-benzylpiperazine reportedly has effects similar to amphetamines.

 I agree to this bill. It would give time for the home owner time to prepare for the Board of Review meeting.
