• Introduced by Sen. John Pappageorge (R) on March 26, 2009, to express support for the people of India and our constituents of Indian origin who may have been affected by the terrorist attacks in Mumbai and to urge the President and Congress to work with Indian authorities in both humanitarian and strategic capacities.
