They should be guilty. One of the top ways that offenders find new victims is at places where children congregrate. so it makes sense to keep the preditors out of the area. And if you have a kid living with an offender, the kid should be removed from the home. But first we should change our registry to different tiers of offenders. I am not worried about the guy that urinates outside or the guy who really thinks his sex partner is over 18. What I AM worried about is the large group of animals that prey on kids. The can not be changed and should not be given the opportunity to hurt any more kids.

 So, the father, brother, mother or sister watching their own child or sibling at the bus stop waiting for the bus to come is now guilty of a felony ??


Wake up!   Kids live in houses that are on the registry.  Are you going to legislate that next?
