Tupac Hunter (D) on October 20, 2009, to authorize a penalty of four years and $50,000 for a nursing home operator or other person with authority over a vulnerable who intentionally retaliates or discriminates against a resident because the resident interferes with or obstructs an investigation under the adult foster care facility.
