• Introduced by Sen. Liz Brater (D) on September 24, 2009, to create a simplified uniform assessment standard at community mental health agencies to determine if a person needs mental health services. As under current law, priority would go to individuals with “with the most severe forms of serious mental illness, serious emotional disturbance, and developmental disability“.
