This is an unnecessary and unenforceable, grandstanding bill.  As long as it is legal to kill fetuses, what is the difference what the reason is?

Is it really anyone's business other than the doctor and his patient? Seems hippocritical of Republicans to be so against a "government run health care program", yet want to pass laws inserting the government into a very private decision made by a woman and her physician.

Sen. Kahn needs to be reminded, apparently, that abortion is legal. Has been for thirty-six years. The only restriction being it must be done in the first 24 weeks. No reason is needed.
