Carbon dioxide aside...The term "Eminent Domain" scares the hell out of me. I am not interested in my "local government" deciding that they "need" my property. This bill would open a floodgate for abuse. Do you really trust all of our elected officials to act in "our" best interest? I certainly don't.

Do we really want to give even more power to an already too powerful, and in many instances, corrupt government? Not me.

Electing Sen. Kuipers to replace Hoekstra in Congress is very dangerous.  This is the type of bought and paid for politician, is the kind that the new world government will be looking for.  He evidently doesn't realize that climate change is due to solar activity, not carbon dioxide, as the pop pseudo-scientists would have it.  Kuipers will not have my support.

Shearwater, I appreciate your enthusiastic opinion, but for my enlightment, and maybe others, a little information as to what you base your opinions on would help to further the discussion.
