LOL-- It's about time. So many of us have been hurt by the undo burden of both being charged for shooting someone; either attempted murder or assault with intent to do great bodily harm AND then charged for dueling!

Seriously though, thank you Senator Jelinek for trying to keep the criminal code up to date. :)
