• Introduced by Sen. Roger Kahn (R) on January 27, 2009, to require that if a person who owes child support payments wins a lawsuit settlement, judgment, etc., the payer, the payer’s attorney, and the person who has to pay the judgment all have a duty to notify the recipient of the child support payments.
