• Introduced by Sen. Tony Stamas (R) on May 12, 2009, to require the Department of Community Health to promulgate regulations for a program for allocating leftover medical supplies (“PALMS”), including prescription drugs. Among other things the regulations would determine which health care providers and facilities could participate in the program.
