• Introduced by Sen. John Pappageorge (R) on April 28, 2009, to require state contractors and vendors to notify the Department of Management and Budget of relationships with any other state vendors, and prohibit contracts where there is a conflict of interest between the vendors or with this state, or a situation where this state can be overbilled due to the close relationship of the vendors.
