As with the House bill, this is a NO BRAINER. Do it and get it signed.

Safety is paramount in this situation. Cell phones have a place for security and contact, however (as thebill says) not while in motion or while loading / unloading.

Many school districts have local policies regarding this that are ineffectual as compared to a statewide ban. Please make this happen!
