This is not the stupidest thing the state has ever come up with, but I'll tell you, IT'S DAMN CLOSE. The person that came up with this should be sent home. Stop fooling around and start putting people to work. DO WHAT YOU ARE PAID TO DO.

now, why do you want to waste state money on something that will not provide enough power to light and heat a school?
