Require reviews of state regulations

To require all state regulations to be reviewed every five years by the agency administering them and the appropriate House and Senate policy committees. The review would examine whether the regulations are still needed, how burdensome or complex they are, whether they conflict with or duplicate other state or federal rules, the nature of complaints, and more.
