Introduced by Sen. Jason Allen (R) on April 1, 2009, to allow and establish regulations for the small liquor distillers authorized in a recent law to offer off-site tastings on facilities operated by that distiller.

This bill should be a no-brainer that sails through the legislature.

Small distilleries should be able to sell their spirits where ever they want! This is America after all, and Prohibition ended more than 75 years ago. Besides, the State of Michigan receives THOUSANDS of dollars each year in taxes from the sale of these spirits. And Lord knows, they can use the money. Cheers!
