• Introduced by Sen. Tupac Hunter (D) on February 19, 2009, to establish procedures for notification of manufacturers when cigarettes are seized that do not meet the fire safety standards proposed by Senate Bill 1621, and giving the manufacturer an opportunity to inspect the cigarettes.
