1) Re: 2009 Senate Bill 159 (Require school bullying policies ) by zapdmom on January 29, 2011Actually if the parents were doing their jobs, their kids wouldn't be bullies either. And, YES, I am a parent. We need to enforce bullying consequences. Right now we only have laws protecting adults from abusive behaviors from other adults. We seem to have forgotten about the kids. Peer abuse is a real abuse.

there are already laws in place to stop trespassing, and guards and administrators in place to stop trespassing. they don't need a bullying bill to stop trespassing. if the guards and administrators were doing their jobs, we wouldn't need a law to stop bullying either.

I am in full support of this bill, due to the fact that it should stop outsiders from transpassing on school property, and the School Administrators and Security guards need to enforce the contents of this bill.
