Introduced in the Senate on December 17, 2009, to raise by $10 the amount charged by the State Police for taking a person’s fingerprints for a criminal background check (now mandated under many occupational licensure and other laws) and use that money to pay for the state Law Enforcement Information Network (LEIN) criminal record database.
