They spent it on who knows what. If you notice, all the states with dems/socialists in control are broke. we will be sharing the pain soon if they pass the socialist states of amerika bill for a trillion or so. Nobody can fathom how much money that is.


If you had been on the earth when Christ was here and spent a million a day until now you would still have some left.

 by the way, texas has more than six billion in a 'rainy day fund'. where is OUR rainy day fund?

 let's see...


michigan must cut 1.6 billion dollars from it's budget to 'stay afloat'.


louisiana must cut 341 million. much lower taxes, especially on businesses, much less business regulation seems to be working. even after the hurricane, where the biggest city in the state lost half of it's population and was shut down for almost totally for two months.
