• Introduced by Rep. Paul Opsommer (R) on July 14, 2009, to place before voters in the next general election a Constitutional amendment to earmark certain transportation license fee revenue to the “Transportation Economic Development Fund,” or to road projects designed primarily for “rubber wheeled vehicles” (vs. trains, streetcars, etc.).
