 The previous post should have included "neither mere" prior to the word evidence. Yep MERE evidence! Who wants to bother with that? Firefighter gets skin cancer from playing in the sun too much or a tanning booth qualify him or her for workers comp and a pension?

 Buying firefighter votes are you, Joel. I particularly liked this statement " Like the Obama administration, facts from professionals don't matter-only the presumptions of politicians. Any dammed wonder the state is broke?  How about presuming that any cancer contracted by nuclear power plant workers is caused by nuclear power, or any cancer contracted by convienience store clerks is caused by gasoline fumes etyc. What a stupid bill. I guess the D behind your name explains it.
