• Introduced by Rep. Richard LeBlanc (D) on November 12, 2009, to earmark some of the proceeds from property seized under civil forfeiture provisions of illegal drug laws to be given to State Police labs. This would replace state general fund money used for those labs, thus avoiding the need to cut other state spending.
