1) Re: 2009 House Bill 5470 (Clarify pistol purchase and carry law details ) by DJStuCrew on February 25, 2010This bill only creates a "class system," basically saying that some lives are worth more than others. A better bill would remove all restrictions as to where a legally licensed person can carry. We need a mulligan!!!
