2009 House Bill 5291: Withhold unemployment benefits if occupational license suspended
  1. Introduced by Rep. David Agema (R) on September 2, 2009, to make a person ineligible to collect unemployment insurance benefits if he or she loses a job because a government-mandated occupational license has been revoked or suspended.
