Why not?

The bill addresses campuses with convention facilities. Adult beverages are customarily consumed at adult events, like conventions. There is no reason our public university campuses should be completely isolated from the real (adult) world.

Were you out drinking the night that you came up with this one??? What posible good

could come from such an action??? Make it more dificult for students and faculty to get

drunk not easier.
