Bert Johnson (D) on June 17, 2009, to provide a legislative “vehicle” for revising the terms of the law passed in December, 2008 transferring Cobo Hall from Detroit to a regional authority. The bill could be amended to provide such a “vehicle,” but as introduced does not do so and is probably intended as a “placeholder” for this purpose.
