 The "21st Century Job Fund" is a bureaucratic joke. Government does not create jobs.  Nor, should government be using tax dollars for subsidies.  Quit taxing the taxpayers and businesses for these bureacracies and leave it up to the private sector to create job without the burden of taxes needed to subsidize "The "21st Century Job Fund!!!!"


This is not equity/equality.  It is favoritism under the guise of "the greater good."

2) 2009 House Bill 5100 (Expand 21st Century Jobs Fund subsidy options )  by admin on January 1, 2001 
Introduced in the House on June 16, 2009, to allow the “strategic economic investment and commercialization board” that is one component of the “21st Century Jobs Fund” to provide subsidies in the form of loans, convertible loans, equity investments, and warrants. Also, to increase the amount that can be spent each year on these subsidies, and not include administrative expenses within those caps

The vote was 94 in favor, 15 opposed and 1 not voting
