Introduced by Rep. Richard J. Ball (R) on May 19, 2009, to expand the scope of a transportation “asset management program” to include all classes of transportation assets, not just roads, and explicitly require it to consider not allowing disproportionate shares of roads and other assets to become due for repair at the same time.
Referred to the House Transportation Committee on May 19, 2009.
Reported in the House on October 15, 2009, with the recommendation that the substitute (H-1) be adopted and that the bill then pass.
