Introduced by Rep. Gabe Leland (D) on May 19, 2009, to require drivers education classes to include classroom instruction on the laws pertaining to bicycles, and to emphasize awareness of bicycles on the road.

Let's just cut to the chase and outlaw automobiles. They use fossil fuels, emit carbon dioxide, and are just way too big anyway. That way we won't have to spend all that great stimulus money on bicycle paths because we can just use the roads. The only people who should be able to use the roads and use automobiles are the government employees because they have important work to do and all of us on bicycles should be required to move to the side and allow them to pass freely.
