2009 House Bill 4939 (Create a government health assessment website )

Introduced by Rep. Jimmy Womack (D) on May 13, 2009, to require the Department of Community Health to create a health assessment website “to promote healthy behaviors by the citizens of this state through education and awareness.” The site would have interactive tools including quizzes, step-by-step tutorials, and self assessment tests. The department would be required to ensure the privacy and security of information submitted by citizens.

We're already bombarded with these kinds of things. Govt needs to butt out and spend the time and money on fixing the economy they've screwed up so badlyy. No to this one, too!
