The only part government should have in prescription prices is to stop supporting pharmaceutical companies in their price-gouging efforts by allowing Big Pharma to force-feed phony studies touting their products down the throats of health care providers, stock-piling vaccines for every possible sneeze and playing favorites via Medicare, VA and Medicaid. Without govt intervention, Big Pharma would be forced to allow the marketplace to control drug prices.

Why would government employes be covered under this bill?  Don't they receive enough already?  In fact, the ONLY people that I can see that should be included would be the "unemployed".  Michigan's teachers are among the highest paid, so as school employees they certainly should be considered either.
