 IF THIS BILL IS NOT PASSED THE STATE OF MICHIGAN IS GOING DOWN HILL. IT WONT BE NO RETURN. THIS IS WHERE ALL OF THE TAXES PAYERS MONEY GO AND THEY YOU WANT TO RASIE OUR TAXES AGAIN . THATS CRAZY. IF THE INMATES HAS SHOWN REFORM LET THEM GO. STOP WASTING MY MONEY.
