• Introduced by Rep. Jeff Mayes (D) on May 12, 2009, to require the Department of Community Health to promulgate regulations for a program for allocating leftover medical supplies (“PALMS”), including prescription drugs. Among other things the regulations would determine the duties and responsibilities of health care providers and facilities that participate in the program.
