• Introduced by Rep. Fred Durhal, Jr. (D) on March 26, 2009, to revise the required post-election statement that a candidate is required to sign affirming that he or she has filed all required campaign finance reports and paid all fees or fines, to include a reference to the unpaid penalty or fee "installment payment plans" proposed by House Bill 4813. In other words, the candidate could affirm that that he or she hasn’t paid in full, but is on the installment plan.
